Earl Grey is a black tea combined with the citrus delights of bergamot, it is a popular uplifting blend, light and aromatic with distinctive flavour. It helps reduce signs of ageing, assists weight loss, helps prevent diabetes, and lowers cholesterol.  Earl Grey possesses the delicacy and nuance of refreshing taste to be enjoyed on its own, it's also beautifully accentuated with a slice of lemon.
