Description

Sencha tea is a green tea made from the first tender emerald green leaves of the tea plant that the leaves are steamed and left to dry without oxidation, which gives the tea an herby, earthy, grassy flavour. Green tea contains a variety of enzymes, amino acids, carbohydrates, lipids, sterols, related compounds, phytochemicals, and dietary minerals that promote the health benefits for healthy cells, healthy heart, brain health, weight loss, less stress.  Sencha can be matched with all sorts of blend, Sencha and vodka, Sencha smoothies, Sencha over ice with lemon and ginger, or even Sencha green tea cakes.
