Ordering Guideline

To complete the order, we have to collect personal information such as name, phone number, email address and mailing address for processing.   Payment information would be required to confirm and validate the order before delivery.  Upon confirmation of payment, the products will be dispatched in 2-3 working days and all processed orders are not subject to change or cancellation.   Should there be any changes on the personal information, please contact us at cs@asteraroma.com.

Product Liability

The stability and nature of our products may be altered depending on storage conditions, or when used in combination with other ingredients.  This is beyond our control and we strongly recommend patch tests prior to use. Aster Aroma cannot accept any liability in this regard.

Return Policy

• All products are non-refundable
  
• If an error has been made by Aster Aroma with regards to a written order, either invoicing or packing, we will issue a return for exchange only for purchases made through the brand website - www.asteraroma.com.
• ONLY unused products with original packaging and receipts are entitled to returns for exchange. Your request must be made within 7 working days of the invoice date.
• Send your request of return for exchange to cs@asteraroma.com, together with (1) transaction date, (2) your name and contact info, (3) the copy of your transaction receipt or proof of transaction and (4) reason for return for exchange for our follow-up.
• All returns must be sent to our office for assessment within 15 working days of the invoice date.  If we do not receive the merchandise or if it is damaged, we will not issue an exchange. 
• No refunding of remaining amount is applicable if the good to be changed is of lower value of the original purchase.  You will need to cover the exceeded difference of the value between the exchange item and the original goods.

We are committed to safe guarding the privacy of individuals with respect to personal data.  The personal information collected will be kept in strict confidentiality and we promise not to disclose or transfer any personal information to third parties.
