Description

Nettle is a circulatory stimulant, blood tonic, antiseptic, astringent, an antidepressant and a diuretic. It stimulates lactation, improves aches in joints from arthritis, gout and rheumatism. Nettle also helps ease symptoms of PMS, and contains anti-histamines to treat asthma, allergies, and hay fever.
