Description

Sage is anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, antispasmodic, antiseptic and anti-ageing. It strengthens the heart, fights infections, prevents premature ageing, fights free radicals, soothes the digestive tract, and eases menstrual irregularities. Sage is an aromatic herb and commonly used in cooking and tea infusion in France and Italy. Drink it plain or with lemon and honey.
